Returns

Uplifting Moments does not offer refunds for "change of mind" purchases. If you have received the incorrect item or a damaged or faulty item, you have 14 days from the date you receive it to return it to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds/Store Credits

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund/store credit after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or Paypal account or issue a store credit for you. You will receive the credit as soon as possible, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping

For damaged, faulty or incorrect items received, Uplifting Moments will reimburse you for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund/store credit, the cost of the return shipping paid by you will be included in your refund.
